Welcome to Live Life to the Full!
We can all sometimes feel down or fed up, stressed or worried, or that we aren’t good enough. However, there are things we can do to make positive changes in each of these areas. It also involves rediscovering the things that you already do that are good for you – and how to build these into your life.
This fully funded 8 week programme is based on cognitive behaviour therapy which will help you learn skills that can make a difference to your life. The course includes supportive coaching from experienced wellbeing practitioners to help you with progression into further training, volunteering and employment.
