Castleshaw Roman Forts

The Romans built two successive forts at Castleshaw, on the military road from Chester to York. Join the Friends of Castleshaw Roman Forts for a talk and guided tour of the on-going excavations within the fort complex. This event is ideal for children in school years 3 to 6 who are studying the Romans.
Meet in the car park outside the centre. No dogs allowed.
