From Ruins to Rebirth: A Guided Heritage Walk

Join our local Heritage Champions for a guided heritage walk at Northern Roots that takes you from the past into the future. The walk is a journey through time, taking in Roman roads, Robert Thatcher’s majestic 19th century Brook Mill, memories of days out at Strawberry Gardens and the beautiful new visitor centre we are currently building.
Please wear weather-proof clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for mixed terrains. This session is not accessible for wheelchairs and requires standing for periods of time.
