Little Reads

Little Reads is a fun, interactive workshop using drama, dance, songs, play and craft to explore children’s picture books. Most suitable for children aged 2 to 6 but all family members are welcome. We usually meet once a month in libraries across Greater Manchester.

Little Reads take place monthly in the following venues:
Rochdale Central Library – 11am 1st Monday of the month
Hazel Grove Library – 11am 1st Tuesday of month
Z-arts Children’s Library – 10.30am 1st Tuesday of month
Stockport Central Library – 11am 1st Wednesday of month
Broughton Library – 11am 1st Thursday of month
Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre – 11am 2nd Monday of month
Stretford Library – 11am 2nd Thursday of month
Manchester Central Library – 11am 3rd Saturday and 3rd Wednesday of month
Oldham Library – 11am Last Friday of month
This is a space for you and your little ones to have fun sharing a story, singing, moving and playing. Remember to join in yourself as your child/ren love to copy you
If you can’t make a live session you can enjoy some digital sessions on the MLF YouTube channel. COVID precautions: Please feel free to wear a face mask if you wish.
