Over the past fifteen years we have presented over 100 different exhibitions in the Gallery One community space.

Wild Lives

This exhibition celebrates the beauty, character and vulnerability of animals. Anne’s mixed‑media and oil portraits are full of colour, energy and personality. The collection features endangered wildlife, working animals and often‑overlooked species.

Exhibition proposals are always welcome. The space is for anyone who lives, works or studies in Oldham.

Anyone who is interested in submitting an exhibition proposal for consideration please download, read thoroughly and fill in the following proposal documents;

Gallery One Selection Panel

There is also opportunity to be part of the panel that chooses our Gallery One programme. The panel meet up to twice a year and look through the submissions to choose a diverse exhibition programme. The next panel meeting will be in October 2026.
