We have featured work by a wide range of groups and individuals.
Current & Upcoming Exhibitions
‘Shine Bright’, Lucy Eyres
15 June – 7 September 2024
Lucy Eyres is a 13 year old artist, currently studying at Bright Futures School for Children with Autism in Greenfield.
Her exhibition is a collection of works that give us an insight into how Lucy, who has autism and is non-verbal, sees the world around her and how she is able to express herself through art.
‘A Walk Along The Towpath’, Colin Welden
7 December – 11 January
This exhibition charts a 12-month project by the artist to record the vast network of industrial heritage on our very doorsteps.
Taking walks along the towpaths of the Huddersfield canal, Colin has recorded the monumental and technical intricacies of industrial architecture, using sketches and studio paintings, to ensure future generations are able to admire the hidden beauty of the region’s historical treasures.
‘Solar Maximum’, Amber Queally
25 January – 8 March
Working alongside Simon Tang (AKA ‘The Stupid Astronomer’) Amber’s work dives headfirst into exploration of how our universe works and spurred on by a dose of sunburn during lockdown, began studying the phenomena of “space weather” and the effects that different solar cycles & activity can affect us so profoundly here on Earth.
